The General Terms and Conditions of the online booking services are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and the international codes for e-commerce.

The website www.highlander.life is managed by Gostilna pension Les, Les Nasta, s. p., Rimska cesta 31, Čatež ob Savi, 8250 Brežice, hereinafter "the Seller".

The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions on the website www.highlander.life at any time without prior notice. All changes are binding for customers, so we recommend that you regularly check the Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices on the website www.highlander.life are in EUR and include VAT. The company Gostilna pension Les, Les Nasta, s. p., is a taxable person. Prices are valid at the time of placing an order and do not have a predefined validity. The offer is valid until cancellation. The sale-purchase agreement between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail message with the "Booking is confirmed" status). From this moment, all the prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.

Online booking of our services can be done with a credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, etc.)

Booking of services

The customer can book the desired services by telephone, e-mail or via the website. You can send us corrections or additions to the order by e-mail or communicate them by telephone. The company Gostilna pension Les, Les Nasta, s. p., stores information on the concluded agreement or the submitted order.

Booking procedure

Visitors to the website can book services without needing to register.
The customer chooses the desired services in the presented offer, indicates the number of participants and enters the necessary information, then clicks the Add to the basket button. You will see a summary of your reservation, review it and click Complete booking. At the end, enter payment information and confirm the booking. After booking, the customer receives an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

Dispute settlement

The parties will try to settle any disputes by mutual agreement; the customer sends the complaint to the company's e-mail address or communicates it by telephone, and the company decides on the dispute within the legal deadline. If mutual agreement is not possible, the parties can initiate proceedings before a court.

Purchase price refund

If the customer terminates the agreement in accordance with the termination conditions, the Seller is obliged to refund the paid purchase price in the manner that was used by the customer or via a bank account no later than within 14 days.
